  • Computerized National Identity Card of the Candidate and Guardian.

  • Matric D.M.C and Certificate (for F.Sc and Diploma Courses).
  • Intermediate DMC and Certificate (for BS Courses).
  • Original Migration Certificate (Only for BS and F.Sc Students).
  • Seven Passport size Photographs with white background.
