HIMS welcomes the prospective students for Bachelor, Intermediate, Diploma Courses
and short courses. For Online please read carefully the information in this section and
follow the instructions given. You must apply early, as competition for programmes at
HIMS is high. Before online apply please ensure that you are Eligible for admission
in your Desired Technology.
Procedure for Online Apply.
Download Admission Form, Read Form carefully and Fill Form Properly.
Attach Bank Draft of RS 1000/- on Account/Title of Hafeez Institute of Medical Sciences peshawar.
Attach Computerized CNIC of the Candidate and/or Gaurdian.
Attach Domicile of the Candidate.
Attach Matric DMC and Certificate (for F.Sc and Diploma Courses).
Attach Intermediate DMC and Certificate (for B.Sc and Master Courses).
Attach Migration Certificate (Not for Diploma and Short Courses).
Paste Six Passport size Photographs with white background.
Send All Documents To: Manager Admission Hafeez Institute of Medical Sciences, Gulshan Iqbal Colony Near Arbab Road Stop Peshawar.
